Il s'agit d'un poste de superviseur de première ligne qui soutient la culture de sécurité avant tout de FedEx Express (FXE) et gère les opérations quotidiennes spécifiques, les routes flexibles et le personnel affecté aux chauffeurs flexibles dans une station. Responsable d'assurer un réseau de livraison de colis B2C sûr et efficace grâce à la supervision exclusive des chauffeurs flexibles. Le superviseur du ramassage et de la livraison supervise toutes les fonctions flexibles et s'assure que les processus administratifs sont conformes aux politiques et procédures de FXE.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

College Diploma or Equivalent

3 years FedEx or industry experience

Must possess valid driver’s license and a good driving record

EXCEL Leadership Development Stream (preferred)

Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.) - Basic

Successfully complete defensive driver’s training
- College Diploma or Equivalent
- Diplôme de niveau collégial ou l’équivalent. - Trois ans d’expérience chez FedEx ou dans le secteur des messageries.
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite
- Voie de développement du leadership d’EXCEL(souhaitable)
