**Data Analyst (pension plans)**

Aon is looking for a Data Analyst for our implementation team within pension administration. The team works closely with internal teams to implement and support solutions for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a data analyst looking to familiarize themself with pension administration, OR an experienced pension administration colleague with proven data management abilities.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Montreal office.

**What the day will look like**:
The Data Analyst works closely with internal teams, in particular to:

- Convert legacy databases to a new system
- Review the project requirements to ensure completeness of requirements from a testing perspective
- Recover data tables and transform them before loading
- Document data integrity reports
- Identify and fix databases issues
- Lead all aspects of day-to-day work per priorities

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

The Data Analyst is an extremely detailed self-starter.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or equivalent work experience in an analytical area
- Excellent understanding of database structures (tables, temporary tables, storing procedures, user operations)
- Pension work experience, desired
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Ability to interpret and understand requirements documentation
- Keen attention to detail
- Bilingualism (English and French), highly desired
