We are seeking a skilled Formwork Carpenter to join our team and contribute to a variety of construction projects, including concrete foundations, building structures, bridge, and road structures.

As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing formwork for concrete foundations, building structures, bridges, and road structures. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our projects are built to the highest standards of quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the formwork requirements.
- Construct, assemble, and install formwork for concrete foundations, building structures, bridges, and road structures.
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, steel, and other materials for formwork.
- Ensure formwork is set up accurately and securely to support the concrete pouring and curing process.
- Inspect formwork for accuracy and make necessary adjustments to meet project specifications.
- Collaborate with other construction workers, including concrete finishers and laborers, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes to maintain a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter or in a similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
- Extensive knowledge of formwork materials, methods, and tools.
- Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment, both manual and powered.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques for concrete foundations, building structures, bridges, and roads.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good physical condition and stamina to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Relevant certifications and training in formwork and concrete construction are a plus.
