- Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette while interacting with customers over the phone.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage inventory effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
