**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Assist customers in selecting products that meet their requirements through effective communication and upselling techniques.
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by efficiently handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Uphold company policies regarding phone etiquette while interacting with customers over the phone.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace and manage inventory effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact positively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
