**Job description**
- Procurement of parts
- Updating purchases in the computer system
- Checking supplier invoices and submitting to accounting department for payment
- Interaction and assisting with drivers re: vehicle supplies
- Producing inventory reports and checking inventory levels to ensure safe and efficient inventory control
- Driving to pick up parts and other shop-related duties
- Run core report weekly and follow up with suppliers for credit.
- Look over and close all work orders for in house and mobile mechanics
- Review and manage all DVIR’s
- Responsible for coordinate the on time work on all Safeties, PM, Oil changes, and other recurring repairs/maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be able to lift 70 LBS - to load and unload parts onto shelves
- Basic computer skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable car

- Mechanic: 1 year (preferred)
