**Field Support - Job Description**

**Location**: Oakville, Ontario
**Compensation**: $70,000/year + up to 30% bonus (tied to gross profit margin targets)

**Job Type**: Full-time

This isn’t a clipboard job. It’s boots-on-the-ground leadership, working hand-in-hand with foremen, managing logistics, and making sure crews stay productive and profitable. You’ll be the glue between vision and execution, system and field, shop and site.

**Your Mission**

✔ Roll out jobs from quote to close—foreman walkthroughs, layouts, materials, and SOPs all dialed in.
✔ Support foremen by solving problems fast: fix equipment, source materials, and eliminate downtime.
✔ Keep job sites on track, on spec, and on budget.
✔ Enforce company systems (5S, SOPs, job flow) so jobs run like a machine.
✔ Improve every week: find inefficiencies, fix the system, repeat.
✔ Elevate our brand—clean sites, professional crews, tight execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operational Execution**
- Execute foreman handoffs and walkthroughs based on sales packages.
- Read construction drawings and ensure accurate job layouts.
- Float machines safely between sites as needed.
- Coordinate material orders and delivery logistics.
- Drive equipment maintenance and urgent repairs—nothing breaks without a plan to fix it.

**Team Support**
- Show up for the crews. Be the guy they can count on.
- Do regular quality control site check-ins.
- Help with scheduling or field coordination to keep things moving.
- Solve the small problems before they become big ones.

**System & Shop Management**
- Own the 5S system in the yard and shop. Everything labeled, everything clean, everything where it belongs.
- Develop and improve SOPs as gaps are identified—every mistake gets documented and solved.
- Make sure the shop reflects the brand—professional, organized, and elite.

**Culture & Brand**
- Paint the big picture. Remind the crews what we’re building and why it matters.
- Be relentless. This role is for grinders who chase high standards, not clock punchers.

Have experience in landscaping construction or site management.
Can float equipment, operate machines, and read construction drawings.
Are organized, driven, and can juggle 10 things at once without dropping the ball.

- **Shop Standards**: Weekly audit score of 90%+ on 5S system.
- **Job Profitability**: Support projects to hit gross margin targets (bonus tied directly).

Pay: $61,045.81-$100,000.00 per year
