- Exert your leadership with a team of leaders, while respect the vision and values of Bombardier
- Coach your team of leaders in order to develop their talent in the organization
- Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication
- Maintain communication with other departments for any issues related to your organization
- Optimize the sharing of knowledge and best practices throughout the organization
- Support the budgets of your organization and ensure the quality of the product
- Support the operational processes of your organization by achieving and monitoring the production objectives and follow up on them when needed
- Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
- Identify, document and standardize key processes leading to the achievement of objectives.
**How to thrive in this role?**:
- You have 5 years of experience at Bombardier, 5 years of experience in operations and at least 8 years of management experience or equivalents
- You have experience in management of a team of leaders in a manufacturing environment (is an advantage)
- You have strong communication skills
- You have understanding of the principles of value-added production
- You have strong planning and organizational skills to ensure results are achieved
- You demonstrate managerial courage when managing personnel
- You have interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees, customers, all levels of management team, and other departments
- You are motivated by a stimulating and fast changing environment
- You have entrepreneurship
- You are proficient in French (bilingualism an asset)
- You are flexible to work other shifts if required
