CHEF FINANCES

POSTE PERMANENT - SAINTE-MARIE

TA PARTICIPATION AU SUCCÈS DE L’ENTREPRISE : EN COLLABORATION AVEC LE DIRECTEUR FINANCIER, VOICI LE RÔLE QUI T’ATTEND:

- Assure la gestion de l’équipe de la comptabilité;
- Organise et coordonne les activités relatives au maintien des registres comptables et en assure la validité;
- Supervise l’approbation, l’enregistrement et la vérification des transactions de nature financières et fiscales;
- Prépare les états financiers mensuels et procède à leur analyse;
- Prépare les autres renseignements financiers requis sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle;
- Supervise la vérification annuelle et assure un soutien aux vérificateurs externes;
- Prépare les analyses et les informations financières requises par les gestionnaires ;
- Participe à la préparation des budgets annuels et des prévisions financières en cours d’année ;
- Recherche, propose et implante des améliorations aux processus afin d’augmenter l’efficacité, la productivité et la fiabilité ;
- Participe à la révision et l’approbation des politiques et procédures financières et en assure la conformité avec le siège social.

AS-TU LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ?
- Formation pertinente en comptabilité incluant le titre CPA ;
- 7 à 10 ans d’expérience dans un rôle similaire avec gestion d’une équipe de travail et domaine manufacturier (un atout) ;
- Sens de l'organisation, rigueur dans le travail et respect des échéanciers.
- Maîtrise de l’anglais.
