Building Maintenance Worker

Key Responsibilities:

- Lawn Care: Mow, trim, and edge lawns; remove weeds; maintain landscaping; and ensure all outdoor areas are neat and tidy.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, toilets, and mirrors; restock supplies such as paper products and soap; ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Litter Pickup: Collect and properly dispose of trash and debris from grounds, walkways, and parking areas.
- Light Maintenance: Perform minor repairs (e.g., replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, painting touch-ups); report larger maintenance needs to supervisor.
- Tenant Relations & Communication: Serve as the main liaison between tenants, property management, and building services.n Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Equipment Care: Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely; report any malfunctions.
- Safety: Follow all safety procedures and use proper protective equipment. Escort any individuals that are loitring or posing a threat to tenant safety off site. Coordinate with police when needed.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial work, or maintenance preferred.
- Ability to work independently and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning and landscaping tools and materials.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

Schedule:
Full-time hours may vary based on needs.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.5 per week
