Beclawat Manufacturing Inc. is looking to fill the position of **Customer Sales Coordinator (Project Coordinator)**who, under the direction of the Sales Manager, will primarily be responsible to direct and manage project development beginning to end through collaboration with stakeholders. The Project Coordinator will create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

**The Customer Sales Coordinator (Project Coordinator) must possess the following**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Two years related experience
- Exceptional Project Management skills; demonstrated ability to finish multiple, overlapping projects on time and scale
- Project Management Professional Certification is an asset
- Proven analytical skills and the ability to identify customer requirements and effectively communicate them
- Strong organizational skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
- Meticulous records maintenance skills; attention to detail in all areas of work
- Knowledge/experience in the glass and aluminum fabrication industry an asset
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable approach when dealing with clients
- Computer literacy and familiarity with ERP systems
- High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
- Demonstrated time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
- Mathematical strength and ability to read blueprints is an asset
- High level of integrity and work ethic
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Will exhibit an eagerness for contributing beyond immediate duties and getting the job done
- Eligibility for security clearance including a clean criminal record check

**Job Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Champion project objectives, monitor progress against project schedules and budgets; identify required and recommend allocation of resources to accomplish goals
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans with stakeholder team in order to minimize risk
- Establish and manage critical path and timeline, milestones, and scope; coordinating day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Maintain a high level of service to clients, manage the client relationship from contract execution through delivery to after-sales service, and solicit referrals from these clients, where possible
- Communicate client inputs, requirements, and specifications to stakeholder team; review deliverables prepared by team before passing on to client
- Manage product development and qualification testing
- Calculate and prepare client quotations and information packages, track bid and quote progress, negotiate pricing, and input orders
- Develop, build, and maintain client relationships, managing long-term contracts; handle client complaints as they arise, escalating to the appropriate department as deemed necessary
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Review customer requirements, terms and conditions, and regulatory standards and ensure compliance
- Prepare and ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
- Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
