**Essential Function and Responsibilities**
- Maintains listing of current projects & timelines and maintains daily responsibilities
- Assisting and work closely with CEO & Sales Manager
- Reviews job completion and identifies errors accurately and quickly
- Maintains customer goodwill by providing prompt, efficient and courteous service while promoting the company's business
- Planning / Scheduling Experience a must

**Qualifications**:

- Technical understanding of the products and roofing industry
- A high level of interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills required
- Strong time management and organizational skills are required
- Ability to work with tight timelines and take extreme ownership
- Excellent Customer relations skills and phone ethic
- Confident in calculation of numbers
- Good understanding roofing industry
- Open mind and a strong willingness to learn
- Ability to negotiate with clients in potentially sensitive situations, retaining the clients' goodwill while achieving the company's objectives
- Ability to work effectively with little direct supervision as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong computer proficiency with a good working knowledge
- Ability to work with customer / employees in a calm, professional manner

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
