With the implementation of the new Fraser Health Contract, measures have been put in place to ensure reasonable daily workloads and significantly increased compensation. Our scheduling options offer more flexibility, including rounding lines, admission shifts, overnight shifts, and virtual shifts, with support from clinical associates. In return, we expect our physicians to deliver exceptional inpatient care to meet the needs of Langley's growing population. Collaborative efforts over recent years have led to notable improvements in hospital mortality ratios and length of stay, and we are committed to sustaining this positive trend.
