Personal Support Workers (PSWs) are responsible for assisting with daily routines, performing assigned personal care, housekeeping duties, and maintaining a safe environment for our residents.

The PSW will complete various reports and documentation, and adheres to established department policies and procedures regarding quality assurance, safety, environment and infection control. The PSW will observe general physical and emotional well being, and document various resident care activities in accordance with facility policy.

**Qualifications**:

- Personal Support Worker Certification from accredited institution
- Current CPR Certification
- Experience offering friendly, professional and strong emotional well being
- Excellent communication skills to be able to interact with our Residents, their family members and healthcare team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect dignity of our Resi
- Bilingualism is an asset

**Skills**:

- Organized and ability to prioritize work responsibilities
- Highly confidential
- Experience offering friendly, professional and strong emotional well being
- Compassionate and reliable

**Other**:

- RCMP security clearance
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Must be available to work all shifts in a 24/7 environment
