- Screen applicants and sourced profiles over the phone/ Teams video chat.
- Create and upload job postings on multiple job boards and company website.
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- A Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience with sourcing methods including Boolean search, user groups, networking and sourcing via web channels.
- Education and/or work experience from various engineering domain would be an asset (Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering).
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Capable of making fact-based, logical recommendations and decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and various Applicant Tracking System.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
