**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, dining area, and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation and serving as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cash handling and basic math calculations for accurate change.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.

**Qualifications**
- Previous barista experience or experience in the food industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
