**Job Title**:Warehouse Associate - Inventory Management & Shipping/Receiving

**Responsibilities**:

- Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments.
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for easy access and efficient space utilization.
- Coordinate with purchasing and sales teams to fulfill orders and replenish stock as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and compliance with company standards and regulations.

**Shipping and Receiving**:

- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to shipping requirements.
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments.
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and distribute items to appropriate departments or storage locations.
- Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is accurate and filed appropriately.
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries as needed

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or shipping/receiving required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet shipping deadlines
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Passion for motorcycles and bike culture is an asset
