Spa Receptionist

_Nita Lake Lodge opened in January 2008 and is a true mountain retreat. We strive to achieve our mission of '_delivering a luxury mountain lifestyle experience and provide unique and memorable moments for our guests who are at the heart of our business'. _Set in Whistler Creekside on the shores of Nita Lake, the Lodge offers guests a mountain resort experience with close proximity to activities in all seasons. _The property features 77 luxurious guest suites, a renowned Day Spa, two restaurants and a cafe._

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved, and that all Spa standards are met and maintained. The Spa Receptionist serves as the main point of contact for all spa guests and works in tandem with management and other departments to ensure guests have an ultimate wellness experience. The Spa Receptionist is professional, positive and able to maintain a calm and friendly demeanor while delivering outstanding service to our guests.

**Job Duties**
- Responsible for greeting every guest upon arrival
- Ensure health forms are filled out fully using Spa Booker System
- Provide each guest with a locker and tour of facilities
- Process guests' check out, calculate charges and receive payments using Spa Booker System
- Make, confirm, cancel and change appointments
- Provide detailed information about all treatments & services offered
- Ensure guest special requests are efficiently completed
- Competent working with mínimal supervision
- Other related duties as assigned by the Spa leadership team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
