**HCT Linehaul Team**

Join our growing linehaul intermodal division at HCT, where we move containers across key corridors between Ontario and major U.S. ports. We’re looking for a Linehaul Dispatcher to plan and coordinate freight movements and ensure our fleet operates with maximum efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and dispatch trucks for cross-border intermodal and drayage routes
- Coordinate daily schedules with drivers and owner-operators
- Book and manage port, rail, and terminal appointments
- Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays or disruptions
- Communicate load details, instructions, and updates clearly to drivers
- Track equipment availability and chassis needs
- Work closely with customer service and yard operations teams
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian regulations and ELD requirements

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatching (preferably in intermodal, cross-border, and/or drayage trucking)
- Strong understanding of port and rail terminal operations (NY/NJ, Philadelphia, Montreal, Toronto a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with dispatch and TMS software
- Knowledge of customs and border crossing procedures is an asset
- Experience with cross border processes (ACE, ACI, In-Bond etc.)

Pay: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
