**Who we are looking for**:
ACV is looking for a skilled and customer-oriented individual to join our organization as an IT/Systems Administrator III. As an IT/Systems Administrator III, you will provide the site's/facility's technology support, provide computing support to on-site Teammates, manage collaboration equipment, assist with network troubleshooting, and act as the point of contact for the technology infrastructure. Your technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills will ensure a smooth and efficient IT environment for our on-site operations.
**What you will do**:
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Design, implement, and maintain information systems, local hardware, and networks while adhering to corporate standards.
- Manage the day-to-day maintenance of all site software and information systems (including but not limited to networks, security, access control, and hardware/equipment).
- Collaborate with the IT team to deploy software updates, patches, and security measures to ensure system integrity.
- Provide hands-on technical support to on-site employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other end-user devices.
- Respond to service requests and incidents within defined service level agreements, documenting and tracking all reported issues.
- Educate end-users on IT best practices, including data security, password management, and software usage guidelines.
- Manage and maintain collaboration tools and equipment, such as video conferencing systems, projectors, and audiovisual devices.
- Set up and configure collaboration equipment for meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment, software, and information system functionality.
- Following established procurement processes, coordinating with vendors to enable equipment repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
- Stay updated on the latest collaboration technologies and recommend enhancements or new solutions as appropriate.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and work collaboratively with network and infrastructure teams to resolve them.
- Perform network administration tasks, such as verifying network connectivity, IP configurations, and DNS settings.
- Monitor and maintain network performance, including identifying potential bottlenecks or issues and resolving the same.
- Implement network infrastructure changes, ensuring mínimal disruption to on-site operations.
- Act as the go-to person for on-site employees regarding technology-related questions, issues, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the IT team to design and implement site-specific technology solutions and improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional IT projects, providing input and insights based on the local technology environment.
- Stay updated on emerging IT trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the role, and share knowledge with the IT team and on-site employees.
- Rapid Response: Be the point of contact for high-priority IT-related issues, incidents, or emergencies, and ensure immediate attention and action, including after
