Sullivan Fuels is looking for a new team member in our **New Glasgow, NS **location. You will be responsible for overseeing our propane delivery trucks, delivery optimization and dispatch as well as service billing.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive and answer emergency and non-emergency calls
- Receive and dispatch orders
- Update customers delivery frequency for optimal deliveries
- Set up customer accounts.
- Assess situation and prioritize calls
- Billing of service invoices to customer accounts.
- Assist with scheduling service technicians
- Provide support for drivers and technicians.
- Oversee the route of field units and track delivery status of products
- Coordinate schedule in the most effective manner
- Proactively address problems and suggest solutions
- Manage customer complaints and concerns.
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Other duties as directed or required.
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements.

**Knowledge, Skills & Competencies**:

- Experience in a service manager and/or dispatch role.
- Experience using MS Word, Excel and Outlook and be technically savvy.
- Experience and knowledge of delivery or transport vehicles.
- Valid drivers license.
- Excellent ability to listen, analyze and adapt to change.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
