Kepsten Inc. is expanding its professional service network and looking for **experienced, independent house cleaners** who can provide high-quality, consistent cleaning services. If you love keeping homes sparkling and have the tools to do it right, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, disinfecting, and organizing as per client instructions
- Provide deep cleaning services when requested (e.g., move-in/move-out cleanings)
- Refill supplies (toilet paper, soap, etc.) if requested by clients
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and respectful attitude in client homes
- Communicate clearly with clients and report job updates through the Kepsten app
- Ensure high satisfaction with every job - repeat customers are rewarded

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience in residential cleaning**:

- Must have your own **cleaning tools, supplies, and reliable transportation**:

- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Good communication and time management skills
- Liability insurance is a plus (preferred but not mandatory)
