CUSTOMER RELATIONS REPRESENTATIVE
The primary focus for this position will be in building and maintaining positive relationships between Peel and its customers. The CRR is the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing support and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
All customer interactions will in one way or another be documented within Insightly - Peel’s Customer Relationship Management program.

Resolving Issues: Addressing customer complaints, resolving problems, and finding
appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Processing Orders and Returns: Handling customer requests related to orders, payments, and returns efficiently and accurately.

Documenting Interactions: Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and
resolutions for future reference.
Building Relationships: Fostering positive customer relationships through effective
communication and problem-solving.
Collaborating with Leadership, Finance and Operations Teams: Working with other
departments to address complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
Identifying Trends: Recognizing recurring issues and providing feedback to management to improve products, services, and processes.
KPI’s and Metrics: Collect, collate and enter key performance indicators on a weekly
basis.
Weekly Pricing Meeting: Attend and contribute to a weekly pricing meeting bringing
customer and industry feedback.

understand customer needs.
Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Empathy: Understanding and responding to customer concerns with compassion and
understanding.
Adaptability: Adjusting to different customer personalities and situations with ease.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of company products and
services.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software for communication
and documentation. MS Office, Insightly CRM, QuickBooks Online, and Matrix.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
