**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance within their homes. This role is vital in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients, particularly seniors and those with specific health conditions. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and companionship.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Support clients with mobility and heavy lifting as required.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
- Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Assist with dementia care and hospice care as needed, ensuring comfort during challenging times.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in home care, senior care, or assisted living settings is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques, including medication administration and heavy lifting practices.
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Certification or training in nursing or related fields is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
