C.V. Benefits Inc. is seeking a dedicated Insurance Agent to join our small, close-knit team In this role, you'll focus on selling personal and commercial insurance products while building strong relationships with clients. You will play a crucial part in helping clients manage their insurance needs and ensuring their continued satisfaction.

**Your Role**:

- Presenting clients (new and existing) with personal and commercial insurance products that meet their varied needs and expectations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, focusing on repeat business within the existing client base
- Ensuring timely completion of all client documents and forms required
- Writing and renewing insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Providing in depth quotes and following up with clients in a timely manner
- Managing client portfolios and upselling additional, applicable products across our different divisions
- Attending client meetings, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction is completed

**You Bring**:

- Valid Level 1 General Insurance Certificate
- 1+ year working in insurance sales - ideally with a variety of insurance types
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with a diverse group of people
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a small office environment
- Preferred: Valid Level 2+ General Insurance Certificate

**Compensation & Hours**
- The rate of pay will be $45,000 - $65,000 based on experience
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
- In-office position - located in Lethbridge, AB

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
