**Who We Are**:
Raymond James Ltd. is one of Canada’s leading independent investment dealers, delivering customized, high-quality wealth management solutions to clients nationwide. We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Financial Advisor to join our dynamic, independent branch in Calgary.

We are a team consisting of two female senior advisors with two female administrative assistants. We take a laid-back approach by maintaining a stress-free environment while also making sure we are offering our clients the best possible service. Our location is just on the outskirts of downtown which is easy to zip in and out. Lots of parking available. This position would be hybrid as we are big supporters of work life balance especially with both of us being working moms with small children. We don’t believe in watching the clock, instead focusing on getting the job done.

**Who You Are**:
**What You'll Do**:

- Construct, monitor, and rebalance personalized investment portfolios aligned with client goals and compliance standards.
- Support the Advisor in research, asset allocation, and product selection.
- Develop investment policy statements, proposals, and client review presentations.
- Build and maintain direct relationships with clients, participate in meetings, present investment strategies, and reinforce disciplined investor behavior.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and financial expertise.

**What You Bring**:

- CIRO licensed (Registered Representative status)
- University degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial/banking services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Dataphile/Morningstar/Conquest Planning is an asset.

**How You Will Be Compensated**:
This role will be an annual salary based on your experience and knowledge that you bring. We also offer a health benefits package.
