Our**_servers_ provide exceptional dining experiences by creating genuine and sincere connections with our guests. They are a part of a dynamic service team that works together to deliver unforgettable food, drinks and service to ensure every guest leaves happy.

**Pay and Perks**
- $20.00/hr. + 4% vacation pay in every pay in lieu of paid time off
- Competitive Shift Premium for evening and weekend shifts
- Uniforms are provided

We are looking for individuals that are passionate about Food, Hospitality, and are Guest focused as well as being a strong and motivating team player.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take orders from guests with exceptional hospitality through friendly attitude, attentive behavior and strong product knowledge.
- Prepare different types of beverages according to standards including marking lids and pots.
- Prepare food items such as bagels, wraps, sandwiches following proper builds as well as maintaining food safety standards.
- Ensure all showcase specifications are met.
- Cleaning of the production area and back of the house area on a daily basis.
- Stock up items in FOH daily.
- Maintaining a clean Restaurant interior, exterior, parking lot, dining room and restrooms.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment each shift.
- Maintains Speed of Service by working efficiently with a sense of urgency to fill orders and meet Guests needs.
- Promptly executes service recovery for any Guest concerns or complaints by making it right with the Guest
- Perform other duties as assigned including other areas in the kitchen
- This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience Tim Horton's is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and self-confident with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work a flexible schedule (i.e. days, nights, weekends)
- Team Player - help contribute to a positive guest experience however necessary

**Education**:

- Minimum 1-2 years experience
