**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install metal flashing, edge metal, coping caps, and other metal components on flat roofs.
- Fabricate and cut metal materials using hand and power tools (snips, brakes, shears, etc.).
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
- Ensure installations meet manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, including tidying up work areas at the end of use.
- Follow Ontario Health & Safety Act (OSHA) safety standards and company safety policies at all times.
- Collaborate with roofing crew members and forepersons to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Perform routine inspections and report any issues or inconsistencies.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.
- Measure up sites for all metal fabrication and installation details.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a metal installer or sheet metal worker in a roofing or construction setting.
- Knowledge of low-slope/flat roofing systems and metal installation techniques.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to read technical drawings and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable transportation and a valid G driver’s license.
- Valid Working at Heights certificate is required

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
- Able to climb ladders, work at heights, and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Pay: $18.69-$50.00 per hour
