**About Make Space Storage - Who are we?**

**Job Description - Who we are looking for to join the team**:
We are looking for a Full-Time Facility Manager for our Moose Jaw Self-Storage Facilities to join our team You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be responsible for customer service, administration, and facility and yard maintenance. You will report directly to the General Manager.

We have 6 properties that fall under the Moose Jaw portfolio that offer boat, RV, portable, and traditional storage solutions and U-Haul rentals. Locations that fall under the Moose Jaw portfolio include, Moose Jaw, Weyburn and Yorkton.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and build positive customer service with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Routinely inspect entire facility for cleanliness, security breaches and maintenance requirements for the yard, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Seasonal Landscaping includes snow removal, lawn maintenance and driveway maintenance.
- Managing the Customer Management System and keeping it accurate and updated, Sitelink experience considered an asset.
- Ability to learn new systems and software for managing facilities like gates, security, and locks.
- Following up with clients as needed and directing them to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Dispatching and working with logistics partners to move containers for clients.
- Be creative in supporting customers with their storage and moving solutions.
- Taking payment from clients and following up on overdue accounts.
- Assisting with cleaning out lockers and helping with on-site access.
- Moving in and out schedules for storage units, as well as cleaning and maintaining units between clients.
- Looking for ways to engage with the community to promote and grow the business.
- Perform other duties as required by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency with computers and system, MS Office, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new systems, tech-savvy considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Outstanding Customer Service, able to build rapport with business partners and clients.
- Problem Solving abilities, looks for solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and take the initiative.
- Property maintenance experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work requirements.
- Stays motivated and works well independently.
- Optimistic attitude
- A valid driver’s license and abstract will be requested.

**Work Schedule**: Tuesday to Saturday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
