Head Bartender

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Head Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bar area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Work closely with the GM in operation management.

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably as a bartender or server
- Familiarity with operating a point-of-sale (POS) system is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.40-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

**Experience**:

- serving: 3 years (preferred)
- Bartending: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Serving It Right (required)
