**What You'll Do**:
As a Cannabis Processing Intern, you'll be an integral part of our team, contributing to:

- Processing cannabis flower into various product forms
- Operating and maintaining processing equipment, adhering to strict safety and quality control standards.
- Implementing and refining processing techniques under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Monitoring and analyzing product quality, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Accurately documenting processing procedures, batch records, and data.
- Packaging and labeling finished cannabis products.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of processing areas, equipment, and workstations.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Currently enrolled in a university or college program in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Supply Chain, etc.)
- A genuine interest in the cannabis industry and a desire to learn.
- A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
- Excellent observation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Requirements**:

- **Currently enrolled in a post-secondary study program with proof of enrollment.**:

- **Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have been granted refugee status to qualify for internship funding.**:

- Local residence to the Edmonton area.
- Capability for physical activities, including standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
- Aptitude for repetitive tasks and comfortable with actions like squatting, bending, and kneeling.
- Full vaccination against Covid-19 before entering our facility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
