Job Summary

The Human Resources Administrator will play a role in supporting the provisions of human resources services, programs, policies, and culture for CMI. As a member of the HR team, the HR Administrator will support the execution of HR systems and processes to support our mission and growth strategy.

Reporting to the Manager, Human Resources, the Human Resources Administrator will have responsibility for human resources functions, including but not limited to the following:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing of new hire and internal related paperwork
- Liaise with payroll on employee date changes and impacts to payroll
- Respond to employment data and benefits inquiries
- Support leave management process
- Compile and create reports as required and data audits
- File maintenance
- Opportunity to support recruitment efforts, orientation, and special HR projects
- Work closely with HR Generalist team to provide support on all human resources administration
- Payroll back-up as required

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of solid Human Resources Administration experience
- Fluent in Ceridian-Dayforce
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, or equivalent combination of education & experience
- CHRP designation is an asset
- Must have strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain an environment that is productive and fun to be a part of
