Prairie Mobile Communications is currently seeking driven and energetic **Wireless Team Members** to join our Saskatoon team. This is an exciting **full-time opportunity** for individuals who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.
- **What Will You Do?**_

As a member of our wireless sales team, you will build connections with customers by providing excellent customer service. You are passionate about helping people and identifying the customer’s products and service needs to guide them towards the best wireless technology solutions. You enjoy learning about new technology and guiding others to learn as well.

Your day could include engaging with new and current customers in-store, by phone, and online; promoting and completing wireless activations, upgrades, plan and/or data changes; working towards sales targets; and participating in merchandising, promotional activities, inventory count and trade shows as needed.

- **What Do You Need?**_
- Previous customer service experience. Sales experience an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem resolution skills.
- Comfortable with technology and ability to keep up to date with product knowledge and services.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Mindset to learn and keep up with trends in cellular technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to relate to all levels of staff and maintain confidentiality.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
