We are currently searching for part-time/casual Packaging Operators to provide support to our Saskatoon, SK packaging department.

**Duties**:

- Operates various pieces of equipment within the packaging plant to ensure product is packaged in an efficient and safe manner.
- Follows all safety policies, GMP's and applicable SOP's.
- Follows the production schedule as communicated by management and ensures punctuality and reliability.
- Performs regular inspections on equipment to ensure it's in optimal working condition.
- Attends daily stand-up meetings to receive daily information updates.
- Follows all good housekeeping practices, ensuring workspaces are kept clean up to Company standards.
- Completes various paperwork as required.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements/Qualifications**
- Must be comfortable with shift work.
- Grade 12 education or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience working in a packaging, food service or food production environment is an asset.
- Must be a team player.
- Must be able to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail is required.
- Must be able to occasionally lift 50 pounds.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $12.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
