When you join our team, you can expect: - **Compensation & Benefits**: Competitive pay, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. - **Career Growth**:Ongoing training, mentorship, and opportunities for advancement. - **Results-Oriented Culture**:A high-performance environment where passion, achievement, and impact are recognized and celebrated. **Responsibilities**: - Organize vehicle inventory - With high care and consideration to property, and the safety others, parking and cleaning vehicles - Help maintain lot security and cleanliness to a high professional standard - Leaning in where needed to help support the operations of the dealership **Qualifications** - Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, heavy lifting, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods. - Able to work outside in all weather conditions at times for long periods. - Clean driving record. - Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions. - Ability to work with mínimal supervision with high attention to detail. - Strong interpersonal skills. - While not required, previous automotive experience is an asset. Pay: $18.50 per hour **Experience**: - Lot Attendant: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: - Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person
