**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
- Empty trash cans and other waste containers
- Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
- Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
- May move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies
- Cleaning: Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing surfaces to maintain a tidy and sanitary environment.
- Floor Care: Conduct regular maintenance of flooring, including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing. Treat specific floor types (like hardwood or tile) with appropriate cleaning agents and techniques.
- Heavy-Duty Floor Care: Operate industrial floor care equipment such as swing machines and walk-behind auto scrubbers for deep cleaning, stripping, and refinishing of floors.
- Carpet Cleaning: Use various equipment and cleaning solutions to deep
