**Summary of Position**:
BMS is a specialist Insurance Brokerage and we are hiring a Processing Assistant to join our award-winning team. As a Processing Assistant you will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the national Broking team. You will work in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment and be part of a growing and energetic group of professionals.

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Provide administrative support to our team of brokers including preparation, production and issuance of certificates of insurance
- Invoice preparation and issuance
- Inputting and updating client data into customer management system
- Respond to client enquiries and requests in a prompt and professional manner
- Must have the ability to respond to changing demands to ensure the quality and accuracy of all tasks
- Adhere to company and regulatory policies, procedures together with mandatory training & licensing requirements, where applicable

**Qualifications, Experience & Additional Capabilities**:

- Client service experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-up on uncompleted tasks
- Ability to cope in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively within a team
