**Program **Delivery**:

- Responsible for the programming and delivery of assigned Oval High Performance programs including scheduling, hiring and supervising of staff, coordination of contractor and client schedules and all associated customer service and payment processing. Includes ongoing bookings of private lessons, team training and camp programming. Specific sports, programs and clients will be assigned by the Manager.
- Collaborate with departmental peers on the integration of strength and conditioning offerings into programs.

**Service Coordination**:

- Responsible for the staffing, planning and delivery of Oval high performance integrated services including, but not limited to, nutrition, mental performance and baseline concussion testing.
- Provide assistance to Oval Sport Coaches in the coordination of integrated services for their programs as required.
- Help secure, plan and collaborate on delivery of provincial and national level training camps and special projects.
- Support coordination and delivery of services and programs to support Athletes and Coaches. This includes, but is not limited to, working with Provincial and National Sport Organizations and respective athletes as part of the administration of the Gymworks® program, coordination of parking, booking of meeting rooms and creating PerfectMind and Mindbody accounts as required.

**Facility Coordination**, **Scheduling** and Rentals**:

- Collaborate interdepartmentally on the scheduling of Oval facilities including, but not limited to, the Oval’s High Performance Training Centre, table tennis area, hardwood and pulastic courts, fields, track zone and studios.
- Produce rental contracts related to areas of responsibilities and as requested by Supervisor.
- Process client payments including invoicing when required.
- Collaborate interdepartmentally on creating, recommending changes to, and implementing Oval wide processes for facility booking and allocation procedures.
- Generate proposals for potential clients and prepare service contracts as part of shared business development responsibilities.
- Develop, recommend and implement departmental administrative procedures and processes.

**Business** **Development **and **Strategic **Partner**ships**:

- Support the Manager and Senior staff in the execution of internal and external business development initiatives such as educational based marketing sessions, open houses and presentations to sport association. Support includes, but is not limited to, booking facility space, contributing to the development of presentation materials and coordination of communication.
- Develop, foster and manage relationships with Local, Provincial and National Sport Organizations, potential partners and prospective clients in an effort to secure new business and strengthen established relationships.
- Be a lead point of contact for local, provincial and national sport organizations as assigned by the Manager High Performance & Fitness.
- Lead facility tours related to high performance business.
- Collaborate with fellow Oval employees and contractors on the development of new programming and services based on trends and new business opportunities in the industry

**Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the marketing department on generating awareness of, and marketing of, areas of responsibility.
- Generate marketing ideas and help ensure consistency with Oval High Performance brand and vision.
- Provide High Performance related content (pictures, video, text) to the marketing department for use in social media, traditional print, videos, blogs and web.
- As requested, act as a key point of contact between the marketing department and Oval High Performance athletes and user groups.

**Financial Management** and Reporting**:

- Administrate payroll for the Oval High Performance Department including strength and conditioning coaches, table tennis coaches, hockey coaches, select HP service contractors and others as assigned by Manager High Performance & Fitness.Ongoing tracking and generation of reports including monthly and quarterly revenues/expenses, program hours and visitation.
- As part of Departmental budgeting process, develop annual operating and capital budgets for assigned areas of responsibility. Provide monthly updates and forecasts, contribute to variance reports and creation of purchase orders.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Human Kinetics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Must possess knowledge of High Performance sport including experience working in Sport and/or High Performance
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, communications skills (verbal/written) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of internal and external contacts.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in business operations, administration and marketing.
