**Position Overview**: The Senior Clinical Outreach Manager is a key individual contributor role within EHN Canada, responsible for building new relationships, nurturing and growing existing accounts, and executing on the business development strategy within the healthcare sector. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Development Strategy and Operations, this position involves identifying and connecting with referral sources, implementing tactics to expand the reach and impact of EHN Canada, strategizing on potential partnerships, internal collaboration on process improvements, and skill in data-driven decision-making. You will be playing a pivotal part in the rapid growth of this organization, changing the way mental health care is delivered in Canada, and ensuring we get high quality effective treatment to those who need it.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the business development strategy for obtaining and growing business within the healthcare portfolio, and execute on these strategies in collaboration with the Senior Director of Business Development Strategy & Operations
- Own and manage specific business territory within the healthcare portfolio
- Strategically develop and nurture relationships with new and existing referral sources to build rapport and strengthen the business pipeline
- Perform excellent account management to retain referral sources by facilitating meetings, ensuring seamless service execution, and providing partnership performance metrics and reporting (where applicable)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline processes, align services with partner needs, and ensure high-quality service delivery
- Lead and participate in marketing activities that drive and support business in the healthcare portfolio, including conferences, lunch and learns, professional training events, networking and thought leadership events, webinars, etc.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and funding/partnership opportunities, contributing insights to drive innovation and business growth
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Business Development team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

- Be able to effectively engage with a healthcare audience, speak intelligently and knowledgeably about EHN’s programs and services - highly consultative style
- Highly responsive to referral source inquiries, questions, challenges, complaints
- Persistence and consistency in follow-up and communications with referral sources
- Be a champion for processes, improvements, and practices that enhance and improve the referral experience - requires interdepartmental relations, being able to relate to internal clinical teams to drive progress and innovations together
- Notice trends and patterns that help to grow the healthcare portfolio (e.g. attractive key messaging, retention messaging, where should we focus our energy, where should we be in the market, etc.)
- Sales acumen - disciplined in outreach and account management, organized, notices patterns that bring more success, high achiever, driven, ambitious, strong in execution
- Strategic thinking and natural curiosity - the healthcare portfolio is a diverse and evolving one that requires in-depth knowledge and exploration, ability to connect opportunities together where appropriate
- Highly organized, detail oriented
- Steady under pressure, able to problem solve effectively and quickly when needed
- Strong moral code that aligns with healthcare providers
- Self-starter, ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Open to travel within Canada
- Thrives on relationship building and networking
**Qualifications**:
- At least a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field; MD’s and international medical graduates welcome
- A minimum of three years’ experience in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in a supervisory or managerial role
