**Foreman (Night Shift)**

- A variety of metal parts and hardware Corbec is actively involved with galvanizing associations as well as technical and engineering societies throughout the world. Operations personnel and management are continuously kept up to date on developing technologies and general improvements in our industry.

**Job description Title**: Foreman (Night Shift)

**Department**: Operations Reports to: Plant Manager

**Terms of Employment**:Full-time (40 hours per week) permanent position

**Schedule**:11pm to 7am; available to work overtime if required

**Location**:Hamilton, Ontario

**Overall Responsibilities**:

- Operate and promote safe working on site.
- Ensure the completion of work is on time.
- Work to attain daily targets.
- People management
- Equipment and materials management

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry with a minimum of 3 years’
- Proven people management skills, including the management of subcontractors.
- Practical hands-on approach
- First aid qualification
- Excellent people skills with proven leadership qualities and ability to motivate others.
- Excellent communication, organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Accountable
- Responsible

**Education**:

- College Diploma, University Degree, or Skilled Trade Certificate
- Minimum High School Diploma combined with equivalent work experience and education including licenses/certificates in one or more related trade disciplines.

**Languages**: English: Spoken & written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $64,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
