**We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to provide supervision and support at our beautiful Salt Spring Island office**

**What you will do in the role**:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Team Leads, Insurance Advisors, and Auto Agents
- Regularly evaluate the performance of the above team members, including identifying training needs, coaching, and development
- Review and check the work of team members to ensure accuracy and content
- Organize and prioritize work and ensure staff schedules are designed for appropriate coverage
- Resolve staff and customer complaints and make recommendations for improvements to procedures
- Perform all functions of the Insurance Advisor position in addition to supervisory duties
- Carry out other duties essential to the position, as directed by the supervisor
**You can offer SeaFirst**:
- Minimum of 5 years of personal insurance experience
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience
- Knowledge and previous experience with ICBC and driver's licensing is required
- Level 2 Insurance license
