We are currently seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our Front of House team. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, preparing our signature menu items, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our cafe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing them with a positive experience from the moment they enter the cafe.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, offering recommendations and upselling additional items as appropriate.
- Prepare a variety of menu items including smoothies, toasts, teas, and lattes with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including washing dishes, wiping down surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Handle transactions using our point-of-sale system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
- Engage with customers to build rapport and answer any questions they may have about our menu offerings or plant-based lifestyle.
- Uphold KB&Co.'s standards for quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction in every interaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Knowledge of plant-based cuisine and a passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 44 per week
