Lawn Care Production Manager

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and safe production operations.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet production targets.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet company standards.
- Recruit, onboard and train all new production employees.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiencies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve production issues.
- Maintain accurate production data records, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of production workers and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.

**Experience**:

- Five years or more experience in a production-related management role
- Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment, and quality control
- Proven ability to lead a team and drive results in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Exel and CRM
