**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Position Title: Admissions Coordinator**

**Reports To**:Administration Manager

Location: On Site

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Administration Manager, the Admissions Coordinator will promote the programs of the OFA to potential students in order to meet or exceed the OFA’s enrollment targets each month.

The Admissions Coordinator will work carefully and thoughtfully to progressively move prospective students through the enrollment process. The Coordinator manages the prospective student portfolio throughout the entire enrollment life cycle in alignment with accountabilities, conversion benchmarks, and enrollment goals.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate all Enrollment and Admissions activities.
- Respond to all Student Application forms, Contact Us forms and Leads in a timely manner.
- Schedule enrolment interviews.
- Educate prospective students on available programs, and accommodation/housing options.
- Hold events/meetings/presentations designed to attract prospective students.
- Coordinate group and individual counseling and advising students regarding the admission process, conducting presentations, marketing information etc.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of local and international recruitment strategies.
- Promote OFA’s brand image by participating in off-campus recruitment activities.
- Organize open door days, campus tours and all related promotional activities.
- Conduct new student follow-ups.
- Establish rapport with students and instructors to promote referrals.
- Prepare student contracts, enrolment letters, and manage supporting documents.
- Complete and send student confirmation letters as requested by Administration Manager.
- Ensure all student contracts are signed prior to start date.
- Ensure required student documents are received prior to start date.
- Lead management, tracking and follow-up.
- Assist in management of student database.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience required.
- Two (2) to five (5) years’ experience in sales, student enrolment or non-traditional college admissions.
- Some management experience in private post-secondary education.

**Technical Skills**:

- Working knowledge of admissions and private post-secondary education business model.
- Sales and marketing skills.

Working Conditions
- General office conditions with occasional light lifting when required
- High computer use
- Periods of standing and sitting may be required
