**Job Overview**
Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility.

Move pallets, containers, and recyclables to designated areas, ensuring materials are properly stored for processing or disposal.

Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks and trailers with electronic waste using forklifts.

**Duties**
- Operate forklifts, including pump trucks and order pickers, to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy in order picking and inventory management.
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage stock locations.
- Perform routine inspections on forklifts and other equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Assist with heavy lifting tasks as needed, maintaining proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and maintain an organized workspace.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols while operating machinery.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift materials up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the plant for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and move heavy items and assist with material handling.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar warehouse distribution role is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order accuracy are essential.
- Mechanical knowledge related to forklift operation and maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks safely and efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
