Reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales & Analytics, this role is a critical hub between Sales, Distribution & Production. This role encompasses external relationship & business development with LCBO, Grocery stores, The Beer Store, and our direct-to-consumer customers while internally ensuring flawless execution with Sales, Production & Distribution.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact for all customer orders and inquiries through telephone and written communication
- Receive and process orders through the CRM system, including accurate invoicing
- Answer incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible. Resolve any LCBO/Grocery/Beer Store problems. Re-direct calls appropriately, as well as take messages when required.
- Efficient routing and scheduling of Home Delivery vehicles. Assist with deliveries as required
- Oversee administrative tasks such as daily routing summaries, filing, and traceability functions
**Internal and External Relationships**
In this role, the incumbent will deal with internal and external customers. They will provide a high level of customer service to external customers to respond to inquiries and fulfill orders. They will work closely with the Customer Service Team, and other departments to field calls and inquiries.
**Decision Making**
The incumbent will be the first point of contact for customer issues and order concerns. They will be responsible to escalate as required.
**Knowledge & Skills**
- High School diploma
- 1-2 years in Customer Service, working in a call-center environment. Understanding of Customer Service best practices is an asset
- Must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills.
**Other Technical Skills**
The incumbent of this role must have exceptional customer service skills. In addition, they will be a strong executer who can identify opportunities for improvement and, with the input of the team, act on the improvement initiatives.
**Working Conditions and Environment**
Physical and Sensory demands are representative of an employee working in an office environment. The incumbent will be required to sit at a desk, in close proximity to the telephone system for the majority of the day. Hours will vary based on business needs and coverage, as the desk is required to be staffed from 7:30am-4:30pm.
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
