Asap Ventures Ltd is the leader on Vancouver Island. We have a strong team of 41 employees and are a local Vancouver Island company that strives for customer satisfaction and the success of our staff. We work with many brands representing there brands, repairing, and giving customers a positive experience from Installation to repair soultions.
We are the authorized service provider for Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Asko, Bosch, Fridgeaire, Thermador, LG, Samsung, Electrolux, Fisher paykel, Gaggeneau, and many more. The diversity of brands allows you to work within tightly booked combination of neighborhoods and a key success for any technician to maximize capacity of work within a working day.
The owner of the company is Technician and is working with his techs and installers daily assisting on calls and diagnostics. Our team has fulltime service coordinators who Schedule, Parts order and do all administration for the technicians.
Working for a technician is what most technicians prefer as the owner knows Exactly what you will be working with daily. Company's such as vancouver managed businesses, appliance stores or manufacturers will be running you with a manager, Metrics will be your only review. Which is a frustrating environment to work with covering up sales mistakes or delivery damage or working with no help as a 1 tech team.
A Vancouver or Ontario based service company will not have the team, support, training and assistance you will need to constantly grow into the technician you will become with ASAP. Also in a smaller community you will need to be able to do multiple brands some companies only service one brand by contract and it will be hard to keep the schedule full of appointments due to there obligations contractually and limited brands of service.
At Asap we will be a third party not related to sales of appliances. This neutrality allows you to focus on helping customers for the brands we represent we are a Authorized service company for the majority of brands.
We are Authorized by all manufacturers so we have access to all techlines and service information.

We pay $40 per call/ per day techs take 8 to 10 calls daily. Our company pays its techs for every trip they make. You can make very good money and paired with our benefits we take care of our people very well.
Non experienced techs ( 5 years or less)
We usually start Techs as hourly then move you to pay by job after 30 days.other companies business models are to work hourly 8 hour shifts our techs are usually home by 330pm as we pay by job as long as there done right and proper we don't care about clock in and out.
**ASAP is based in Victoria, with techs remotely working in Victoria
- Campbell River as well as Kelowna.**
You will be meeting with the other Technicians daily and sharing experiences. We have a very good community of people involved with our Company. You will feel welcome and part of the family. Other companies hiring are not based in Victoria and that would be a lonely existence. Join our team and be successful with us.
