Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven **Inside Sales & Vendor Relations Specialist** who wants to grow their career to all outside sales. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development with some understanding of exterior construction who enjoys being on-site, building relationships, and taking working as part of a team of business development professionals. You will be assisting with all current clients by taking measurements, developing bids, etc, and also build your own client base as you gain traction where there is no cap on potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients and board members on-site to assess project concerns and scope, take measurements, and help with the estimation process.
- Grow your client base by nurturing relationships with property managers and multi family members.
- Conduct site measurements, take detailed photos, and gather necessary data for your clients as well as assist the senior sales take measurements for their jobs.
- Prepare accurate and timely quotes using our AI-powered estimating tools.
- Assist the sales team with pricing, scope development, and trade coordination.
- Source and vet new vendors and trades; build strong, lasting relationships.
- Develop and maintain price lists for future estimating.
- Track project leads and coordinate with vendor PMs and project directors.
- Handoff completed quotes and project details to the operations team.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently while working independently.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Minimum **2 years of growing sales** in an organization
- Strong knowledge of **building envelope systems** and general construction practices is an asset.
- Basic understanding of **concrete and asphalt** work.
- Proven ability to **source and manage vendors** effectively.
- Excellent **communication skills**—both written and verbal.
- Proficient in **general computer programs including 365.**:

- Strong **time management** and **multitasking** abilities.
- Professional, presentable, and confident in client-facing situations.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Background in **sales** or client relationship management.
- Experience working with condo boards or property management groups.
- Familiarity with construction estimating software or CRM tools.
- Comfortable using technology and AI tools for estimating.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
