Position Description

We are hiring a Load Builder. This motivated individual will pick and prepare loads to be ready for the next or same day. During downtime individuals will stock product, & perform yard maintenance.

We’re a strong company that supports growth within and live by our values of “Work hard and Care hard”. This role is highly physical, requiring you to lift 50lbs to 75lbs with ease.
You will be working outside in all types of weather so dressing accordingly is important to fully enjoying the work environment.

What we look for in great employees
- Knowledge of building materials would be amazing, but if you are willing to learn and also take some initiative we are willing to train you
- Forklift experience would be great, also able to provide training
- We all work hard and look for those who share a commitment to get the job done accurately and time
- Dependable
- Able to work Monday to Friday with an occasional Saturday if needed during on peak times
- Provide top notch customer service to contractors and internal customers
- Enjoying being part of a team
- Great communication skills.
- Be proactive increasing your knowledge and expertise in all lumber types and location of products
- Keeping the yard, neat, clean and organized
