Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure quality service during all customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers to build and maintain strong relationships
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English
- Previous experience in Security and Low Voltage industry an asset
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude
- Prior experience in customer service and data entry essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
