**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate various types of machinery used in the fabrication process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Fabricate components as per specifications, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Document production activities and report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Embroidery Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with sewing & working with fabrics is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
